==Reina–Gagliano lineage==
Gaetano Reina's East Harlem and Bronx organization developed from Corleonesi and Morello-era networks but became a distinct borgata. Lucchese was a long-standing figure in the Reina–Gagliano organization. When Gagliano's leadership ended around 1951, Lucchese took control of the existing family. The lineage is:

This represents organizational succession with leadership and coalition changes, not four unrelated families.
